Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact customer-service@avianautica.com to receive instructions on returning your purchase. However, to prevent misuse of this policy and consequently help keep costs under control for all of our customers, the following conditions will apply: - All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Items must be free of damage, use or abuse to be eligible for return, exchange or refund.
- Items returned unused and undamaged will be refunded the full purchase price, except for shipping.
- In case of shipping damage, the shipping company must be immediately notified and the item held as received, until further notice from AviaNautica.
Shipping Policy Shipping of the product or its components to and from AviaNautica or the manufacturer, at the time of sale or for service, whether covered by eligible warranty or not, is at the customer's expense.
Product Service Policy If any product purchased though AviaNautica should require service, we reserve the right to either service the item ourselves or have it serviced by the manufacturer, at our discretion. Products qualified for service under warranty will require shipping costs only to be borne by the customer. Products not qualified for service under warranty, due to expiry of coverage or other disqualification, will require additional costs for parts & labor to be borne by the customer.
